Mit den Sonnenstrahlen, die sanft durch die langen weißen Leinenvorhänge scheinen, die sich anmutig im Raum mit dem Morgenwind bewegen. Das Rufen der Möwen und das geschäftige Treiben auf dem Markt draußen – ich atme tief ein und schließe die Augen, um mich daran zu erinnern, wo ich bin. Das klingt nach Lissabon, der Hauptstadt eines wunderschönen Landes: Portugal.

Meine Schwester und ich können es kaum erwarten, zu einem unserer Lieblingsorte in der Stadt zu gehen, genannt „Fabríca“. Sie haben fünf Filialen in der Stadt, und ja, wir waren in allen 😀

Sie rösten ihre eigenen Kaffeebohnen an mehreren Standorten. Du kannst ihren Kaffee, den sie verkaufen, sehen, wenn du hier klickst.

Der leckerste Menüpunkt für die Loft-Schwestern war der geschmolzene Schinken-Käse-Croissant mit einem wunderschönen hausgemachten Pesto. Dazu genossen wir einen Saft aus Ingwer, Karotte, Apfel und Sellerie sowie einen Hafermilch-Latte.

With the sun rays lightly shining through the long white linen curtains flowing gracefully into the room from the morning wind. The sound of seagulls and the bustling market outside, I take a deep breath and close my eyes to remind myself where I am. This sounds like Lisbon, the capital of a beautiful country; Portugal. 

My sister and I can’t wait to go to one of our favourite places in town called «Fabríca». They have five in the city, and yes, we went to all of them 😀

The most delicious item  on the menu for the Loft sisters was the melted ham and cheese croissant with a beautiful homemade pesto. We enjoyed this with a ginger, carrot, apple celery juice, and with an oat-milk latte. 

We loved all locations, however we always seemed to return to this one ;

P.S You can’t go wrong with the salmon avocado toast, with fresh greens. This was also fantastico! bon appétit!
